These Terms of Service govern your use of noblerockre.com and your communications with Providence Haus Management LTD, doing business as Noble Rock Management and Noble Rock (“Noble Rock,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or opting in to our messaging programs, you agree to these terms. Leases, rental applications, and management agreements are governed by their own written terms, which control over anything here.

Use of the site

Content on this site is provided for general information about our properties and services. Listings, availability, pricing, and renderings may change without notice and do not constitute an offer to lease. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it other than through the interface we provide.

Text messaging program terms

• Program: Noble Rock Management tenant and applicant notifications, sent by Providence Haus Management LTD d/b/a Noble Rock Management.
• What you will receive: messages about your application, lease, rent and account notices, maintenance requests and appointment scheduling, building notices, and emergencies. These are informational and transactional messages, not marketing.
• How to opt in: by providing your mobile number on a rental application, lease, maintenance request, or contact form and agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting us first.
• Message frequency: varies by account activity.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also email management@noblerockre.com.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, call (401) 573-5553, or email management@noblerockre.com.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Intellectual property

The Noble Rock name, logo, photographs, renderings, and text on this site belong to Providence Haus Management LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noble Rock disclaims all warranties regarding the site and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your lease or applicable landlord-tenant law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.
