This Privacy Policy describes how Providence Haus Management LTD, doing business as Noble Rock Management and Noble Rock (“Noble Rock,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit noblerockre.com, contact us, apply for or rent a space from us, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and the contents of messages you send through our contact form, by email, by phone, or by text message.
• Tenant and applicant information: information you provide in a rental application, lease, maintenance request, or payment, which we handle under the terms of those documents and applicable law.
• Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use information

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
• To manage tenancies: leases, rent, maintenance, notices, and emergencies.
• To send transactional and service messages, including text messages when you have opted in (see “Text messaging” below).
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and property.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Noble Rock may send you text messages about your tenancy, application, maintenance requests, appointments, and account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of renting from us or of any purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our property-management software, payment processors, messaging and email providers, and maintenance contractors), with owners of properties we manage as needed to administer those properties, and when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of people or property.

Data retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to serve you, to meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements, by emailing management@noblerockre.com. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any such email.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
